The HBYC cookbook “Treasures from the Galley” is back by popular demand. This collection of member recipes has a brief history of our club, practical tips for cruising cooks and practical tips for the galley. It’s a must for every cruising boat and works quite well shore side too. It’s a great gift item and many use them as cruising favors to trade with others they meet while cruising.
